Our Services

Fire Alarm systems are required for Life Safety and also utilized for asset protection. These systems can be very simple or very complex depending on the application. Most Fire systems today are addressable systems. This means they identify the exact location of an alarm or trouble condition. They include audible and visual notification of any alarms or troubles within the system. Smoke detectors, manual pull stations, duct detectors and addressable monitor modules as well as the Fire Alarm Control Panel(FACP) initiate the appropriate response from the FACP. These systems are required by NFPA to also be monitored at an off site location to ensure immediate response.

As Life Safety is one of our primary concerns Nurse Call is an integral part of the systems we service and install. Nurse Call systems provide notification to medical personnel of a patient in distress. This is another of our Life Safety systems. These systems are typically referred to as wanderguard systems. Wanderguard is actually a specific manufacturer of these systems that was the original and only provider of wandering patient systems many years ago.

Security and Central Station(CS) monitoring systems are an integral part of asset protection and Life Safety. The Security system, similar to a Fire Alarm system indicates alarms and trouble conditions to an off site location. Closed-circuit television (CCTV) is the use of video cameras to transmit a signal to a specific place, on a limited set of monitors. CCTV systems are primarily used for asset protection but also provide a certain level of Life safety. Card access systems are one of the more sophisticated systems for egress control and asset protection. Your typical card access system utilizes either proximity cards, voice recognition, fingerprint recognition or even iris recognition.

There are two types of presentation systems. The first is typically referred to as a Boardroom presentation system. This system typically consists of a digital video projector and projection screen. Professional sound systems are typically used in churches, auditoriums, theatres, and public venues. In some circumstances they are also integrated with Presentation systems.
